Schooling gives underprivileged children a future
As a sponsor, you help a Dominican child. With your contribution of 35 euros per quarter per child you pay the school fees, the obligatory uniform and the school supplies of your sponsor child. You will receive the name and picture of your sponsor child and after the summer vacations a copy of the school report. At Christmas the children often send a card to their sponsor. Several times a year you will receive a Newsletter from us.
The children in the sponsorship program live in difficult circumstances. Working groups in the Dominican Republic determine who qualifies for the program.
Some of the children in our program are deaf. We usually pair the deaf children with two sponsors. Not only because the education of these children is more expensive, but also because they often use the special school buses to go to school.
If you prefer to be the sole sponsor of a deaf child, please indicate this in “comments” on the application form below. You will then pay 70 euros per quarter.
